Conor S. Bill
Mr. Bill has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of finance. Before co-founding Mt. Auburn Capital Corp. he helped establish several other successful alternative investment firms which developed and marketed structured financial products for both the public and private markets. Mr. Bill has been the CEO of a number of TSX listed companies and has extensive experience developing, marketing and managing financial products. Mr. Bill has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario as well as degrees in Commerce and Economics from Queen's University.

Stephen C. Johnson
Mr. Johnson is the Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Asset Management Corp., a Canadian public company with over $2 billion under management in private debt, real estate and retail alternative investments. Mr. Johnson has had in excess of 30 year' experience in the financial services industry with various companies including KPMG and Wood Gundy. He has a B.Sc. Hons. (Economics) and is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.

Peter F. Chodos, President and CEO
Mr. Chodos has over 30 years experience in the financial services sector. Capital markets experience includes: financing; mergers and acquisitions in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom and developing and distributing structured financial products.
Manish Z. Kshatriya, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kshatriya has over 12 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, accounting, taxation and auditing obtained in public accounting practice and industry. Mr. Kshatriya is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and a member of the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.
Leonie Soltay, Mining Investment Analyst
Ms. Soltay has over five years of experience in capital markets and independent investment research in the base metals, industrial and precious minerals sectors as a mining analyst at Wellington West Capital Markets and as a mining associate at Desjardins Securities. Ms. Soltay has a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Toronto.
