Mike Harris
Chairman of Augen Capital Corp. With over 25 years of dedication to public service, Mr. Harris is currently a Senior Business Advisor at Goodmans LLP. As former Premier of Ontario, Mr. Harris has unique expertise in shaping public policy and managing stakeholder issues. His knowledge of government and business in combination with a strong network of national and international contacts will provide Augen Capital and shareholders with senior level advice on business strategy.
Tony Busseri
Mr. Busseri co-founded Growth Equity Partners in 2001. From October 2004 to January 2008, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of EnGlobe Corp. Prior to founding Growth Equity Partners in June 1997, Mr. Busseri co-founded Waste Services Inc., and was WSI’s Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer from June 1997 to August 2000. From June 1997 to June 1998, Mr. Busseri served as the President and CEO of Cole Carriers Inc., a transportation logistics company that provides bulk and steel transportation movements for clients. Prior to this, he held various Corporate Development positions with Philip Services Corp. and with Laidlaw Waste Systems.
Victor Koloshuk
Mr. Koloshuk is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Integrated Asset Management Corp., Canada’s leading alternative asset management company. IAM has approximately $2.1 billion in assets and committed capital under management in real estate, private corporate debt, private equity, managed futures and retail alternative investments.
J. David Mason
Mr. Mason, founder of Augen Capital, as well as CEO, Director and Founder of Augen Gold, has over 30 years in the resource investment sector with a strong background in engineering, mineral sciences and economics, and financial services and analysis.
Hugh Squair
Dr. Squair has been an independent consultant since 1989, and former Technical Advisor to the Ontario Securities Commission. He has worked as an exploration geologist, superintendent and manager for companies including Falconbridge and Noranda, and is a long-standing member of the Institute of Mining & Metallurgy (London). He has been a Director and Advisor to Augen and provides senior level advice on business strategy.

Peter F. Chodos, Interim President and CEO
Mr. Chodos has over 30 years experience in the financial services sector. Capital markets experience includes: financing; mergers and acquisitions in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom and developing and distributing structured financial products.
Manish Z. Kshatriya, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kshatriya has over 12 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, accounting, taxation and auditing obtained in public accounting practice and industry. Mr. Kshatriya is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and a member of the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.
Leonie Soltay, Mining Investment Analyst
Ms. Soltay has over five years of experience in capital markets and independent investment research in the base metals, industrial and precious minerals sectors as a mining analyst at Wellington West Capital Markets and as a mining associate at Desjardins Securities. Ms. Soltay has a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Toronto.
