About Our Manager
Augen entered into an agreement with OreReserve Asset Management Inc. ("OreReserve" or the "Manager") in March 2009 pursuant to which it outsourced the day-to-day management of Augen to OreReserve. OreReserve provides services including the provision of a CEO and CFO; initiation and execution of capital markets transactions such as capital raising and mergers and acquisition advice; monitoring investments once made; maintaining third party commercial relationships; provision of assistance with respect to financial statements and tax returns, all filings required to maintain Augen's status as a reporting issuer pursuant to securities laws; and all other general and administrative functions. OreReserve also provides Augen with access to an Advisory Board with extensive knowledge and experience in the resource sector.
