Mike Harris
Chairman of Augen Capital Corp. With over 25 years of dedication to public service, Mr. Harris is currently a Senior Business
Advisor at Goodmans LLP. As former Premier of Ontario, Mr. Harris has unique expertise in shaping public policy and managing
stakeholder issues. His knowledge of government and business in combination with a strong network of national and
international contacts will provide Augen Capital and shareholders with senior level advice on business strategy.
Tony Busseri
Mr. Busseri co-founded Growth Equity Partners in 2001. From October 2004 to January 2008, he served as the President and
Chief Executive Officer of EnGlobe Corp. Prior to founding Growth Equity Partners in June 1997, Mr. Busseri co-founded Waste
Services Inc., and was WSI’s Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer from June 1997 to August 2000.
From June 1997 to June 1998, Mr. Busseri served as the President and CEO of Cole Carriers Inc., a transportation logistics
company that provides bulk and steel transportation movements for clients. Prior to this, he held various Corporate
Development positions with Philip Services Corp. and with Laidlaw Waste Systems.
Victor Koloshuk
Mr. Koloshuk is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Integrated Asset Management Corp., Canada’s leading
alternative asset management company. IAM has approximately $2.1 billion in assets and committed capital under management
in real estate, private corporate debt, private equity, managed futures and retail alternative investments.
Hugh Squair
Dr. Squair has been an independent consultant since 1989, and former Technical Advisor to the Ontario Securities Commission.
He has worked as an exploration geologist, superintendent and manager for companies including Falconbridge and Noranda, and
is a long-standing member of the Institute of Mining & Metallurgy (London). He has been a Director and Advisor to Augen and
provides senior level advice on business strategy.
MANAGEMENT
J. David Mason, Chief Executive Officer, Director and Founder
Mr. Mason, founder of Augen, has over 30 years in the resource investment sector with a strong background in engineering, mineral sciences and economics, and financial services and analysis.
Peter F. Chodos, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Chodos has over 30 years experience in the financial services sector. Capital markets experience includes: financing; mergers and acquisitions in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom and developing and distributing structured financial products.
Manish Z. Kshatriya, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kshatriya has over 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, taxation and auditing obtained in public accounting practice and industry. He has a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree with Honours in Accounting and Finance from York University. Mr. Kshatriya is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and a member of the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.

Alan Lee Barker
A prominent geologist with extensive experience with mineral, metal, and diamond exploration, and an officer and former director of several public companies, including Corona Corp., Aber Resources, Southern Era Resources, and Platinova Resources. He is currently President of Sparton Resources Inc.
Peter Bojtos
Mr. Bojtos has over 33 years of international experience including exploration, feasibility study, mine construction, operations and
decommissioning. Mr. Bojtos has worked for several senior mining companies, including Kerr Addison (a Noranda Group
Company). Mr. Bojtos has been an independent director of Birim Goldfields Inc., Desert Sun Mining Corp., Queenstake
Resources Ltd., US Gold Corp., Vaaldiam Resources Ltd. and William Resources Inc.
Robert Chenery
A professional Engineer, M.B.A. petroleum industry consultant – previously with senior management at Elf Aquitaine Group, co-
founded a consulting firm that specialized in advising bankers and investors in the North American oil and gas industry. He
founded Chenery Dobson Survey of Oil and Gas Consultants and Banks. For the past 2 years Mr. Chenery has been an advisor
in the investment banking business.
Robert Jackson
Mr. Jackson is a senior mining financier with expertise in investment analysis, transaction execution and capital formation. He
has 18 years experience in the investment business in Canada and the UK, and has been involved in raising more than $1 billion.
Formerly EVP Corporate Development, Jaguar Mining, Inc., he is now President of Tiomin Inc., a company that has titanium and
copper-gold development projects in East Africa.
Roger Muelhaupt
Mr. Muelhaupt is the founder and CEO of Muelhaupt & Partners, a portfolio management company founded in 1998 and based in
Eschenz, Switzerland. He specialises in the valuation of commodity companies and has created a valuable network of commodity-
oriented investors and companies.
Jack Mullins
Mr. Mullins has more than 30 years of experience as Senior Geologist with Watts, Griffis, and McOuat contributing to feasibility
studies on a wide range of mineral and metal projects.
